How panels are made

Engineering standards behind every board

Calibrated core bonding and controlled thickness set the standard for each panel we produce.

Production sequence

From raw core to finished board

01

Raw core preparation

Logs are selected and sliced into flitches, controlling grain balance across all manufactured veneer sheets.

02

Adhesive pressing

Multi-opening hydraulic presses apply uniform thickness calibration and a dense resin bond cure.

03

Precision dimensioning

Boards are squared, edge-trimmed, and surface-sanded before bundle strapping for dispatch.
